We provide the following services as well as nursing care support, including wheelchair mobility assistance, meal assistance, elimination assistance (diaper changing), bathing assistance, and medication management.

How to Use This Service
The process of use is as follows.
Consultation
We will interview the customers about physical condition, nursing care situation, and confirmation of customers wishes.
Please let us know your schedule, destination, and other requests.
Proposal And Estimate
We will create a travel plan according to customers wishes.
We will also provide you with an estimate.
Application
If you are satisfied with the proposed plan and estimate, please sign the contract.
Payment
Please confirm the payment amount and pay by the due date.
Various Arrangements
We will arrange meetings with tourist attractions and accommodations in the destination, as well as tickets and other arrangements.
Final Meeting
Final confirmation of arrangements and travel itinerary.
(necessary belongings for the trip, meeting/dismissal on the day of the trip location, etc.)

The fee to be paid is as follows.
- Care Support Fee

For first-time Travelers Care Palm Tree customers only, we offer a “Free” support fee.

2Travel Expenses
These are the costs incurred in carrying out the travel plan in accordance with the customer’s wishes.

3Preliminary Interview Fee
Preliminary interview fees are costs incurred in meeting with the client to confirm the physical condition of the client prior to the start of the trip, and in making advance preparations for the trip.

- Those who need assistance or nursing care in their daily lives
- Have permission from your doctor or other medical or nursing professional to apply
- Customers who are willing to travel themselves and can confirm their willingness to do so
- Those who have the approval of their family members

Change, Cancellation and Refund of Reservations
① About Change and Cancellation Fee
In the event of a change or cancellation of care tour services at the request of the customer, a fee will be charged as necessary.
② Change/Cancellation Fee
⑴ In case of cancellation of contract after completion of various arrangements and before the 7th day before the start of the trip
We will charge you for any fees incurred in making changes or cancellations to your itinerary.
⑵ In case of cancellation of contract from the 7th day before the start of the trip to the day before the trip
The cost of changing or canceling an itinerary plus 50% of the support fee contracted will be charged.
⑶ In case of non-participation without notice or cancellation of the contract on the day of the trip
The cost of changing or canceling an itinerary plus 100% of the support fee contracted will be charged.
③ About Refunds
The customer will be refunded the contracted amount minus the predetermined handling fee as stated above.
