2Travel Expenses
These are the costs incurred in carrying out the travel plan in accordance with the customer’s wishes.

3Preliminary Interview Fee
Preliminary interview fees are costs incurred in meeting with the client to confirm the physical condition of the client prior to the start of the trip, and in making advance preparations for the trip.

Change, Cancellation and Refund of Reservations
① About Change and Cancellation Fee
In the event of a change or cancellation of care tour services at the request of the customer, a fee will be charged as necessary.
② Change/Cancellation Fee
⑴ In case of cancellation of contract after completion of various arrangements and before the 7th day before the start of the trip
We will charge you for any fees incurred in making changes or cancellations to your itinerary.
Also we will charge for the number of days of the contracted trip x 15,000 yen.
⑵ In case of cancellation of contract from the 7th day before the start of the trip to the day before the trip
The cost of changing or canceling an itinerary plus 50% of the support fee contracted will be charged.
⑶ In case of non-participation without notice or cancellation of the contract on the day of the trip
The cost of changing or canceling an itinerary plus 100% of the support fee contracted will be charged.
③ About Refunds
The customer will be refunded the contracted amount minus the predetermined handling fee as stated above.
