Care Support Fee

Half Day — Up to 4 hours — ¥24,000

Full Day — Up to 8 hours — ¥45,000

Overnight — Overnight stay — ¥75,000

Includes personal care, wheelchair assistance, mobility support, meal assistance, and daily living support.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses for both the traveler and the accompanying caregiver are charged separately according to your itinerary.

Pre-Trip Consultation

Consultation — ¥15,000

Before your trip, we conduct a preliminary consultation to understand the traveler's physical condition, mobility level, care requirements, medical considerations, and preferred itinerary.

A consultation may not be required for repeat customers.

Transfer Time

Per Hour — ¥2,000

The Caregiver Transfer Time Fee applies to the time required for the caregiver to travel to the designated meeting point before the service or to return after the service has ended.

Extended Support — ¥7,500

Same Room Stay — ¥7,500

Bathing Assistance — ¥7,500

Nighttime Assistance — ¥15,000

Overnight Standby — ¥15,000

We recommend contacting us at least four months in advance so we can arrange accommodations, transportation, caregivers, and any special requirements for your trip.

Booking, Changes & Cancellation
Reservation Policy

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.

8 or more days before the service date: Arrangement fees + ¥15,000 × number of support days
1–7 days before the service date: Arrangement fees + 50% of the contracted support fee
On the service date or no-show: Arrangement fees + 100% of the contracted support fee

Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable, the refunded amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation fees and handling charges.
